Totally the best place to spend vacation in Bari!
Excellent breakfast (miss your coffee already), exceptional hospitality, perfect location - few minutes walk to the beach, near is train, old city is 20 min by walk. We couldn't even imagine that this vacation will be this good! This was our first B&B experience but we are more than satisfied. Rossella and Ginger are the best hosts! Kisses, Kris and Viktorija ?

Чисто, уютно и очень гостеприимно. Отличный тирамису на завтрак и очень вкусный кофе. Рекомендации хозяйки о посещении достопримечательностей полностью оправдались-впечатления самые хорошие.

Really good communication, perfect atmosphere inside house, perfect location (the nearest distance to the beach in Bari), perfect weather, delicious breaakfast, the most professional help in organising holiday which I have ever had! the best owner! We will come back! 🙂

Если вы когда-либо сомневались, что возможно иметь вторую семью - поверьте, это возможно. Я ездила в Бари в прошлом году и в этом решила поехать туда же. Вопрос о выборе гостиницы не стоял: снова Casa Rossella. Было ужасно приятно вернуться и снова почувствовать себя как дома. Хозяйка гостиницы всегда готова вам помочь, объяснить что-либо и стать вашим другом. Не важно, откуда вы - в этом доме вы будете себя чувствовать комфортно. Завтраки вкуснейшие, комнаты уютные и всегда чистые, хозяйка и ее собака - милейшие. Уверяю, в конце вашего отпуска вам не захочется уезжать! Это лучшая гостиница, которую можно себе представить!

Rossella is very welcoming, positive and energetic person that creates familiar atmosphere
Very good localization, near the beach and railway station. Rossella is a great and very helpful host. She prepares tasty homemade breakfast every day. And Ginger is so cute!

Lovely and relaxing time
Rossella was an amazing host, very nice and friendly! She gives excellent advice for travelling and visiting in and around Bari. Also, Ginger is a very friendly dog! For anyone who likes going to the beach, the location is amazing - 3 minute walk to the sea!

We had a short but very pleasant stay here! Rossella is an amazing host! From the moment we spoke on the phone well ahead of our arrival, to the morning we left, she was so helpful, gracious and accommodating. She welcomed us like family and was always available if we needed anything. We stayed in the Terre di Puglia room. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and had all modern amenities that worked perfectly. We also had 2 beach umbrellas for use which we thought was a great touch. Breakfasts were delicious, especially Rossella's home-made cakes. We will definitely come back and stay with Rossella next time we are in Bari!

Ambiente moderno ed accogliente vicino al mare, pieno di luce calore e gentilezza. Stanze moderne dotate di tutti i comfort ed arredate con estrema cura dei dettagli ed un innato stile ed una dedizione per il cliente, che si concretizza in ogni particolare della struttura. Personale gentile, attento e disponibile, innamorato di Bari e pronto ad illustrare le meraviglie della città. Rosella baked us a fresh cake every morning, always with new taste, they were brilliant as well as homemade marmelades and fresh fruits from garden 🙂 She is an excellent host loving her job and she is also a guide so she can give you lot of informations about city. The room is white with fresh look and beautifull Rosella's paintings in blue colours indspired by the sea. Elegant and clean bathroom and very cosy kitchen where is served the breakfast, almost like at home 🙂 the house is very near to the beach Pane e Pomodoro (1 minute) and train station Marconi (1 minute), as well the old city 15 minutes walk by the sea promenade. In the neighbourhood you have a restaurant Tabit where you have 15 % dicount and you can have a real italian gastronomy experience. Just next is Maison Cuisine, cheap restaurant with very nice food for price. Excellent location to discover Bari and surrounded cities also in hot season because of the distance to the sea 🙂

Rosella: amazing person and the house is in perfect location
Rosella is a very friendly person and her dog too ? She prepared breakfast every morning for their guests and she was always willing to explain the direction worth to see in Bari and around. The location is really perfect and the beach is also very nice. Beach is located next to her house but it's really silent. It's around 20 min to walk from Rosella's house to the city of Bari. Bari is really beautiful. I would strongly advice to accommodate in house of Rosella.

Отзыв о гостинице Жили в гостинице 4 ночи. Все соответствует описанию и отзывам на Booking.com. От себя добавлю. Отдыхали семьей 2 взрослых и подросток 13 лет. Это большая 4x комнатная квартира на 7 этаже с отличным ремонтом. Все стильно ухожено. В нашем распоряжении была комната с собственным душем. С другими постояльцами практически не встречались. Никто никому не мешает. Все комнаты как отдельные номера. С общим коридором. Район тихий спокойный. Поезд под окнами не мешает спать. Балкона в номере нет. Матрас отличный но кровать шумит. Холодильник рядом коридоре. При выезде разрешила оставить вещи до 12.00. Было приятно что Розелла пошла на встречу. Через железную дорогу отличный рынок свежие и дешёвые фрукты и вещи. Работает все дни кроме воскресенья с 8.00 - 13.00. На рынке много свежей рыбы но вот где приготовить? Рядом много продуктовых магазинов. До моря очень очень близко. Нормальный пляж и тёплое море. Есть песочный мелкий пляж отлично подходит для детей. Есть и каменный и глубокий чуть дальше, все в пешей доступности. Розелла очень домашняя готовит по утрам сладкие тортики и отличный кофе. Мужчинам наверное мяса, сыра и яичницы хотелось бы. Итальянцы любят все сладкое. В остальное время питаетесь самостоятельно в кафе и т.д. Собака не мешала так как дома у самих есть собака. До старого города действительно можно гулять пешком минут 35. Но лучше купить суточный билет 2.50 и ездить городскими автобусами. И в аэропорт 16 автобусом по расписанию тоже легко добираться.

"Sentirsi a casa"
Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 nella stanza con il bagno privato in 3 occasioni diverse. Rossella, che è la padrona di casa, è cordiale ed estremamente disponibile tanto da farti sentire a casa. La posizione dell'alloggio è ottima a due passi dallo splendido lungomare di Bari e a 15 minuti a piedi da Bari vecchia.
Ricca infine la colazione che include delle ottime torte fatte in casa da Rossella stessa.

Rosella is a wonderful host and would try to make you feel like at home. As she is also a guide you may count on her to give you nice recommendations about the area. The apartment was spotless clean and comfortable. Very close to the public free beach. I really enjoy my stay here and various cakes for breakfast! Greetings to Ginger! 🙂

Rossella is a great host, very helpful and really nice and we got some good advices for what to do in Bari. The B&B is lovely, well decorated, comfortable and the breakfast was very good with very tasty homemade cakes. Also, the location is very good, close to the beach and the local train station and the old city is at approximately 15 minutes by foot. I’m glad to meet Rosella and Ginger and we will definitely come back again.
